My retainer packages give you a pre-paid, fixed number of hours per month, to be used as needed, allowing you to budget monthly without any surprise costs.
Time is tracked and rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.
My minimum charge for ad-hoc services is 1 hour.
Packages do not carry over from month-to-month.
Any additional hours are charged at the agreed retainer hourly rate.
My Ad-hoc option is by the hour and is ideal for small or one-off tasks.
